Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scaffolding Inspector and Scaffold Safety Auditor located in Korba. The role involves conducting daily inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The individual will identify hazards, document inspection findings, and issue recommendations or corrective actions to site teams.

Responsibilities include verifying proper erection and dismantling procedures, checking load capacities, and ensuring safe access and working platforms. The role also requires preparing inspection reports, maintaining records, conducting toolbox talks or safety briefings,



and collaborating with site supervisors, engineers, and safety officers to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, components, erection and dismantling procedures, and safe working practices.
- Experience in construction site safety, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.
- Ability to conduct systematic inspections, audits, and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to interact with site teams, explain safety requirements, and provide clear corrective instructions.
- Relevant certification or training in scaffolding inspection and occupational health and safety (e.g., scaffolding inspector courses, safety officer training) is preferred.
- Prior experience working on large building or industrial projects, especially in scaffolding or construction safety roles.
- Ability to work on-site in varying weather and site conditions, with a focus on safe personal conduct and use of PPE.
- Basic computer skills for preparing reports, maintaining inspection logs, and sharing information with project stakeholders.
