As a SAP SuccessFactors LMS - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. This role is essential in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging business application consulting expertise.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t transparent.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct
- Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting strategies to meet changing needs
- Managing human resources project budgets and timelines to achieve strategic objectives
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and succession planning initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
- Applying business process improvement techniques in HR contexts
