As a SAP SuccessFactors EC - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through SAP Human Capital Management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing increased ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our SAP practice. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial in understanding the broader objectives of your projects and how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing project budgeting and timelines to align with client objectives
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Supporting change management efforts to facilitate successful adoption of current systems
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs
- Applying strategic human resource planning to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives
- Leveraging workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for human resources transformation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Navigating complex client situations with strategic human resource planning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations
- Developing business process improvements in SAP Human Capital Management
- Managing human resources transformation projects with change management strategies
