Position: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Experience Required: 5-10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

Work Timing: Rotational Shifts (2 To 11)

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Expertise

- Provide functional and technical consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for global core HR and organizational management processes.
- Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, Generic Objects (MDF), Business Configuration (BCUI), Succession Data Model and Country-Specific Succession Data Model.
- Design and maintain organizational, pay and job structures, associations, propagation rules and Position Management.
- Configure Employee Central workflows, business rules, event reason derivation, and role-based permissions (RBP).
- Build and maintain custom MDF objects, rules and validations to meet client-specific HR requirements.
- Manage EC data models, picklists, and configure Time Off / Time Management where applicable.
- Support EC alerts, notifications, and configuration of employee and manager self-service (ESS/MSS) scenarios.
- Prepare functional/technical design documents and support testing, cutover and hypercare activities.
- Handle data migration activities using Import/Export templates and support ongoing mass data changes.

SAP ECC Mini Master & Payroll Integration Knowledge

- Understanding of SAP ECC HR mini master (Infotypes such as IT0000, IT0001, IT0002, IT0006, IT0007, IT0008, IT0009) and its relevance in hybrid landscapes.




- Working knowledge of the standard SAP integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ERP/ECC (mini master replication via SAP CPI / point-to-point).
- Support replication of employee master, organizational and cost center data from Employee Central to SAP ECC for downstream payroll and time processing.
- Exposure to SAP Payroll concepts (payroll control record, wage types, payroll schemas/PCRs at a functional level) and to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integration.
- Troubleshoot replication errors, mapping issues and data reconciliation between EC and ECC/Payroll systems.
- Collaborate with payroll and time teams to ensure accurate and complete data flow for pay-relevant processes.

Delivery & Support Experience:

- Identify impediments early, actively work to resolve them, and escalate when needed.
- Manage and track cross team/squad dependencies.
- Hands-on experience in preparing reports and presentations as part of WSR & MSR.
- Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments and progress.
- Manage incident, change and problem tickets within agreed SLAs in an AMS/support environment.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and/or support.
- At least one full-cycle EC implementation or comparable support engagement.
- Understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR processes.
- Exposure to SAP ECC HR mini master and payroll integration in hybrid deployments.
- ITIL 4 Certification (preferred).
