We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- ECP Professionals in the following areas : Position Summary We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ECP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) and Payroll processes, configuration experience, and good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) , including wage types (pay components), schemas, PCRs, and Off-Cycle processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between EC and ECP .
- Perform ECP payroll run activities , monitoring, error handling, and post-payroll processes.
- Support Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation, validation rules, and alerts.
- Analyse and resolve issues related to master data , payroll results , replication , and interface errors .
- Conduct requirement gathering , functional design documentation, and testing (SIT/UAT).




- Collaborate with business users to develop end-to-end payroll solutions .
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (country-specific payroll knowledge preferred for India and GCC countries).
- Provide production support , incident management, and enhancements.
- Prepare training material and conduct knowledge transfer sessions .

Required Skills &

Experience • 3–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation/support.

- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll , wage type configuration, schemas, PCRs, and payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience in EC–ECP Integration via PTP, BIB, and replication monitoring.
- Experience with Employee Central Master Data and foundational objects.
- Knowledge of PCC framework and payroll monitoring tools.
- Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills in payroll.
- Understanding of authorization concepts , time data , and interfaces .
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
