Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and data integration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data flow and integration from SAP Ariba to SAC, along with hands-on experience in SAC development, planning, analytics, data modeling, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAC solutions.
- Analyze business needs and design scalable and effective SAC solutions.

SAC Solution Development

- Design and develop analytical applications, dashboards, and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Work with SAC planning and predictive analytics capabilities as required.
- Develop interactive dashboards and stories aligned with business requirements.

Data Integration & Modeling

- Implement data models and integrate SAC with diverse data sources, including SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and third-party systems.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of data flow and integration from SAP Ariba to SAC.
- Work with SAP Datasphere, CDS views, and other relevant data modeling technologies.

Performance Optimization

- Monitor and optimize SAC applications, dashboards, and data models for efficient data delivery and performance.
- Identify and resolve performance-related issues.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance to consultants and development teams.
- Mentor junior consultants and establish best practices for SAC development, data visualization, and solution delivery.
- Participate in technical design and solution reviews.

Documentation & Training

- Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to support effective adoption of SAC solutions.





Troubleshooting & Support

- Resolve technical issues related to SAC implementations.
- Troubleshoot data integration, connectivity, reporting, and performance issues.
- Support production environments and provide solutions for technical challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

- Advanced proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with story building, dashboards, planning, and predictive analytics.

SAP Ariba to SAC Integration

- Strong knowledge of data flow and integration from SAP Ariba to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Experience working with Ariba data and integrating it into analytics and reporting solutions.

Data Modeling

- Strong skills in data modeling and data preparation.
- Understanding of SAP Datasphere, CDS views, and related SAP data technologies.

Data Integration

- Experience integrating SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and architecture.

Data Visualization

- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Ability to design user-friendly and effective dashboards and analytical applications.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related issues and recommend effective solutions.

Communication & Leadership

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring team members.

SAP Technical Knowledge

- Familiarity with SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
- Knowledge of Native HANA is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading SAC implementation or enhancement projects.
- Experience with SAP Ariba and SAC integration projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP reporting and analytics architecture.
- Experience working with enterprise data and analytics environments.
- SAP Analytics Cloud certification is an advantage.
