Need SAP Operator Location- Dankuni, Kolkata Salary- Up to ₹ 30K Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), IT, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating SAP Business One (SAP B1) specifically on the SAP HANA database.

Responsibilities Data Entry & Operations: Input and process daily business transactions including Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt PO (GRPO), Sales Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices in SAP Business One. HANA Queries & Reporting: Utilize SAP B1 HANA analytical tools, search functions, and interactive dashboards to pull real-time operational and management reports.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock movements, run stock audits,



and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses in the SAP system. Financial & Sales Support: Coordinate with accounts and sales teams to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) ledger entries.

Master Data Maintenance: Create and update Item Master Data, Business Partner (BP) Master Data, price lists, and chart of accounts accurately.

System Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of support for user-level SAP B1 glitches and interface with system integrators/IT vendors for technical resolutions.
