Job Descriprtion

- 6 to 8 years of experience with E2E implementation and support projects in MM and SD. Airlines industry experience will be preferred.
- Completely aware of the changes introduced in S4 HANA in the area of Procure to Pay & Sales and Distribution and understanding of process in S4Hana
- Thorough and Fluent in GST process in SAP MM and SD – Involves incorporating new changes as per Govt’s norms, debug and resolve issues pertaining to tax calculations, import process, import duties etc
- Coordinating on daily basis with Client’s MM /SD business owners and IT SPOC Lead for all ongoing issues, new changes, processes.
- Must be able to handle user queries independently and provide solution within SLA.
- Handling tickets and closure of tickets as per the SLA in the ITSM tool/Solution Manager and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Uploading of master data templates for various object like material master, vendor master, Info-records, customer masters as per the standard template provided by the client.
- Creation and configuration of organization structure of material management & Sales and Distribution modules and relevant configuration like Plant, Stock transfer order inter and intra company, Purchase organization, Sales Organisation material groups, purchasing groups,



Pricing Procedure etc. as per business requirement of client.
- Configuration of release procedure for purchasing document like Purchase requisition and purchase order & resolve any issues.
- Preparation of testing document and internal testing whatever configure, enhancement done in the system ( Standard and Z)
- Interaction with client & their plant users through net meetings, calls & emails.
- Strong experience in SAP SD, STO, MTO, Credit memo, Pricing, Output determination etc.
- Should have Deep understanding of Supply chain. implement/Rollout & Support experience for SAP SD module including SD Customization activities
- Exhibit valuable understanding on SAP SD Master data management-
- Expert knowledge in SD Sales activities like Inquiry, Quotation, Contract & Scheduling Agreement.
- Well versed with SAP SD Reporting including customized reports as per business
- New Requirement Analysis, preparation of CR (if applicable) ,resolution of Change Requests and writing functional specifications for them, Preparing test data ,performing UT and SIT, taking approvals from business / IT SPOC and then ensuring its delivery to the PRD
- Resolve issues in Standard reports/ Z- Reports
- Development of new Z-reports as required by client from time to time.
- Expertise in integration with SD, and FI module entailing business process analysis & design.
- Responsible for resolving any SAP issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users with ABAP team.
