We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Security Consultant with strong experience in SAP HCM/HR security, authorization management, and role design.

? Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Strong experience in SAP HR Security / SAP HCM Security
- Design, configure and maintain SAP HR security roles and authorizations
- Manage user access, roles, profiles and authorization objects
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM/HR authorization concepts
- Experience in role design, role maintenance and access provisioning
- Analyze and resolve authorization and access-related issues
- Support SAP HR security implementation,



enhancement and production support activities
- Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand business access requirements
- Good understanding of SAP Security best practices
- Experience with SAP HR organizational structures and authorization concepts is preferred
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills

? Candidate Profile

✔️ 8+ years of relevant SAP experience

✔️ Solid hands-on experience in SAP HR Security

✔️ Good understanding of SAP HCM/HR processes and security

✔️ Available to work 5 days from Pune office
