Job Title: SAP EWM – AMS Support

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide AMS support for SAP EWM applications.
- Handle production incidents, service requests, and user issues.
- Troubleshoot SAP EWM processes and resolve functional issues.
- Work on warehouse processes including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Operations, and RF.
- Analyze root causes and provide permanent solutions.
- Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation and support continuous process improvements.
