Role Description This is a full time, on-site SAP Developer Business One role based in Chennai. The SAP Developer Business One will design, develop, and maintain customizations, add-ons, and integrations within the SAP Business One environment to support business operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, translating functional requirements into technical specifications, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

The role involves troubleshooting system issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and inventory to ensure SAP Business One modules are aligned with organizational needs. The developer will also be responsible for documentation,



user support, and assisting with upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

SAP Business one Developer/.NET/SQL, well versed in all these applications required.

- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, with experience translating operational needs into system workflows.
- Strong software development skills, including programming and solution design for ERP environments.
- Experience in application and data integration, including connecting SAP Business One with third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP products, specifically SAP Business One configuration, customization, and reporting and coding in business one.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools commonly used with SAP Business One (e.g., SQL, C#, .NET, SDKs, APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
- Prior experience in construction, equipment rental, or logistics domains is beneficial but not mandatory.
