Hiring: SAP Ariba Technical Lead | Remote | 10 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Ariba technical build, integrations, master data, security, environment management, and release operations.

Budget: ₹2.30 LPM GST

Shift: US Shift Timings

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication required

Key: This is a pure Technical Lead role focused on build, integration, configuration mechanics, security, data flows, releases, and operations. Functional / Techno-Functional profiles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Ariba Upstream

- Configure Sourcing RFx, Auctions, templates, phases, conditions, scoring, and weighting rules.
- Configure CLM contract workspaces, clauses, templates, amendments, renewals, and ERP publishing flows.
- Integrate DocuSign / Adobe Sign.
- Implement SLP supplier data models, registration, qualification, questionnaires, and workflows.
- Build Supplier Management SOAP/REST API integrations.
- Integrate third-party risk/data providers such as D&B;, EcoVadis, and RiskMethods.
- Build spend-data loads, ETL processes, scheduled imports/exports, Prism, and SAP Analytics Cloud reporting.

SAP Ariba Downstream

- Configure Guided Buying, custom forms, policies, layouts, and buying channels.
- Implement CIF catalogs, PunchOut / PunchOut Level 2, catalog kits, pricing, and UOM mappings.
- Configure requisitioning, PO processing, approval rules, receiving, and account assignments.
- Build cXML/EDI-based PO, invoice, payment, and remittance integrations.
- Configure invoice reconciliation, exceptions, tax integrations, and workflow rules.




- Handle supplier enablement and Ariba Network technical onboarding.

- Manage transports, configuration promotions, and environment readiness.
- Perform quarterly SAP Ariba release impact assessments and regression testing.
- Handle technical RCA, defect resolution, performance tuning, and integration monitoring.
- Lead technical cutover and hypercare.
- Manage user roles, data access controls, audit configuration, SSO, and security.
- Develop technical specifications, interface documents, and cutover/runbook documentation.

Reporting & Analytics

Experience with

- SAP Analytics Cloud
- Ariba Prism
- Data models
- Scheduled data extracts
- Operational and analytical reporting APIs
