Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or trading sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, client-facing approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Outreach: Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to promote company's medical products, ongoing offers, and new launches.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify sales leads, build rapport with prospects, and convert leads into confirmed orders in line with sales targets.
- Order Follow-up: Track pending orders,



coordinate internally with the relevant teams to ensure timely delivery, and keep clients informed at every stage of the order lifecycle.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on company's product range, industry trends, and competitor activity to position offerings effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, conversions, and order status using the company's CRM/reporting systems.
