About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements for Healthcare and Life Sciences customers. This role will drive solution architecture, integration strategy, technical governance, and stakeholder collaboration across Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, solution governance, and technical decision-making.
- Implement and optimize Health Cloud capabilities including Care Plans, Patient Management, Care Coordination, Patient Engagement, Provider Network Management, and Utilization Management.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR, and middleware platforms.
- Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR systems, ERP platforms, and third-party healthcare applications.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, Salesforce best practices, DevOps processes, and security models.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor developers, technical leads,



and administrators while supporting estimation, resource planning, and technical risk management.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, validation, IT, and delivery teams, and present technical solutions to client leadership and executive stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 12 to 15 years of overall experience with strong Salesforce architecture and delivery expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and healthcare-specific workflows.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud architecture.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry processes, patient-centric workflows, clinical data integration, and provider management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, integration patterns, data migration, deployment strategies, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce delivery.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator,



or Salesforce Application Architect certification.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
