About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), CPQ, and proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end ARM implementation.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce ARM solutions
- Configure and customize Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB)
- Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Provide technical recommendations and participate in solution design discussions
- Develop Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Support Salesforce integrations, UAT, testing, deployment, and production activities
- Troubleshoot defects and provide timely technical resolutions
- Ensure solution quality, scalability,



performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

- Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Platform certifications are an added advantage
