Key Responsibilities

- Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and external applications.
- Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and business processes.
- Ensure data quality, security, and platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Support GDPR, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience.




- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Service Cloud projects.

Required Skills

- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
- Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Data Loader, Workbench, and VS Code.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
