? WE ARE HIRING | FIELD SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE ?

ATEEVIBES is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, driven and market-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This is NOT an office-based sales role. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys being in the market, meeting people, travelling to different cities and building business relationships.

? What will you do?

As a Field Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Visiting different cities, markets and business hubs to develop new business opportunities.
- Identifying and approaching reliable garment wholesalers, distributors and relevant retailers.
- Independently searching for and evaluating potential parties who can become long-term business partners.
- Meeting wholesalers and distributors personally, understanding their requirements and introducing ATEEVIBES T-Shirts and apparel products.
- Generating new leads and converting them into genuine business opportunities and orders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
- Understanding local market demand, pricing, competition, customer preferences and emerging trends.
- Regularly reporting market feedback and identifying opportunities for expanding our distribution network.
- Working towards defined sales targets and contributing directly to the company's growth.

? Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

✅ 7+ years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in garments, apparel, textiles or related wholesale/distribution businesses.

✅ Deep understanding of the garment & apparel market, including products, fabrics, pricing,



customer preferences and market dynamics.

✅ Strong knowledge of what is currently happening in the market — competitors, pricing, demand, trends and changing buyer behaviour.

✅ Existing knowledge/network of garment wholesalers, distributors and retailers is highly valuable.

✅ Proven ability to find new parties independently, rather than relying only on company-provided leads.

✅ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across different cities and markets.

✅ A self-driven attitude with a strong focus on sales, business development and results.

We are looking for someone who can open current markets, identify the right business partners and build a strong distribution network — not someone who only wants to manage existing leads from an office.
