Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern trade merchandising, FMCG, or retail, and will be responsible for promoting our products, building relationships with retailers, and ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales in assigned retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement and inventory levels.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and initiatives.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.





Qualifications

- Any 12th pass.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Modern Trade Merchandising, FMCG, or Retail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills

- Good rapport-building and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and willingness to travel.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
