Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and increase engagement across RS Wealth Management’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, meeting prospective and existing clients, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.

Manager will collaborate with research and advisory teams to create targeted pitches, conduct market analysis, and prepare presentations and reports. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing promotional activities, supervising marketing materials, and ensuring all communication aligns with regulatory and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales planning, business development, client relationship management, and account management.
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, brand positioning, and market research within financial services.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media marketing, and CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse client segments.
- Ability to analyze financial markets, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable sales and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a brokerage, wealth management, or investment advisory environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
