Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing role based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting IT solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and calls, preparing proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role also requires collaborating with marketing teams to execute campaigns, gather market intelligence,



and support brand-building activities. The team member will track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing within the sales function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support team development and share product knowledge.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in IT services or technology sales and familiarity with B2B sales environments.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in office in Lucknow, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a results-oriented and ethical approach to sales.
