We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, building relationships with decision-makers, generating leads, and converting them into customers through on-field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, calls, references, and other channels. Meet HR managers, hospital owners, administrators, and business decision-makers. Explain company products/services and demonstrate their value to clients.

Generate new leads and convert prospects into active customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospective clients.

Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets. Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.



Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities. RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients in person. Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools. Previous B2B, field sales, healthcare, recruitment, or business development experience will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
