Job Title Sales Executive – Vendor Audit & HRM Solutions RoleResponsible for promoting and selling Facile’s Vendor Compliance Audit Tool, HRM and Compliance Management solutions to corporates, HR teams, contractors and businesses. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and leads. Demonstrate the Facile Vendor Audit Tool to HR, Compliance and Procurement teams.

Promote HRM, payroll and statutory compliance solutions. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Facile solutions. Conduct product demos and explain key benefits. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

Build relationships with HR Heads, Compliance Managers, Procurement Heads and Business Owners. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the implementation team.



Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.

Collect market feedback and competitor information.

Ideal

Candidate 1–3 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS sales preferred.

Experience selling HRMS, payroll, compliance, ERP or business software is an advantage. Positive communication and presentation skills. Willingness to make client visits and conduct product demonstrations. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of HR and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
