- Generate new business through direct sales & market visits • Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, dealers & connectors • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets • Manage leads from sourcing to disbursement • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline • Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams Candidate Profile: ✅ 1–3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / DSA / Loan Sales preferred ✅ Valuable communication & relationship-building skills ✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated ✅ Freshers with robust sales aptitude may also apply
