Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune, India and Bangalore, India.

The Sales

Manager will identify and qualify prospective industrial and commercial customers for Vayu Pure™ RECD, develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, and conduct product presentations and demonstrations. The role includes negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

Manager will track sales performance, prepare reports,



coordinate with technical and operations teams for installations and after-sales support, and stay updated on emission regulations and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, environmental solutions, or clean-tech products.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Ability to conduct client meetings, deliver clear product presentations, and manage negotiations and contract closure.
- Knowledge of emission control technologies, diesel generator markets, or regulatory frameworks (CPCB, ICAT) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with competence in using CRM and basic MS Office tools.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within Delhi/NCR and neighboring regions as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
