Role Description The Sales Manager – Healthcare IT is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading the sales process for Healthcare IT solutions, including prospecting, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and coordinating with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The Sales

Manager will track performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM tools.



The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare organizations, and representing Veltrixair at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated strength in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management, focusing on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM systems.
- Background in Business Development, identifying current markets, and creating growth opportunities in Healthcare IT.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Previous experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel to client locations as needed.
