F5 Realtors is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium real estate projects in Pune.
This is not a conventional sales role. We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally sharp, persuasive, commercially astute, and obsessed with closing, someone who can walk into a conversation with a prospect and confidently take it from enquiry to negotiation to booking.
The Role:
- As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process — from lead conversion and site visits to negotiations and closures.
- You will play a key role in building a high-performing sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium positioning of the project and F5 Realtors.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop effective strategies to convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
- Identify market opportunities, buyer trends and competitive positioning.
- Drive high-value transactions from lead generation to final closure.
- Personally handle critical negotiations and high-intent prospects.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team.
- Set and monitor KPIs around calls, follow-ups, site visits, conversions and revenue.
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency and closing excellence.
- Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, negotiation and conversion.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
Customer Conversion & Relationship Management
- Handle key prospects, investors, HNIs and high-value clients.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, investors, channel partners and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and present the right opportunity with confidence.
- Handle objections,
negotiate effectively and close deals decisively.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from first interaction to booking.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain strong CRM and sales funnel discipline.
- Track lead movement, site visits, conversion ratios and inventory.
- Prepare regular sales reports and actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a salesperson with exceptional communication and closing skills.
Someone who:
- Has 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably commercial real estate or high-value residential sales.
- Has a proven record of personally driving and closing high-value deals.
- Has outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understands customer psychology and knows how to overcome objections.
- Is confident dealing with HNIs, investors, business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Is target-driven, commercially sharp and extremely hands-on.
- Has a robust network within Pune’s real estate ecosystem.
- Most importantly, has a serious knack for closing.
