Job Overview

U Too Cafe is hiring energetic, customer-focused team members for Front Desk Reception and Table Service at our Kundalahalli outlet. You will be the face of our cafe—welcoming guests, managing customer flow, taking orders, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Greeting: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage table seating, and handle walk-ins and reservations.

Customer Service & Order Taking: Guide customers through the menu, answer queries, and accurately take food and beverage orders.

Table & Cafe Service: Serve food and drinks promptly, ensure quick table turnover, and maintain table cleanliness.

Cashiering & Billing: Handle POS operations, process cash/digital payments,



and issue daily billing records.

Cafe Upkeep: Keep the reception counter, waiting area, and dining space clean and organized.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality front-desk roles preferred (freshers with robust communication skills are welcome).

Location: Candidates residing in or around Kundalahalli or nearby areas (Marathahalli, Tubarahalli, and Whitefield) are strongly preferred.

Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, polite demeanor, and fluency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
