? Hiring: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager – B2B Menswear Fabrics & Textiles

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to join our B2B Sales Team and drive business growth in the Menswear Fabric segment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop new B2B customers and generate qualified sales leads.
- Drive sales of Shirting, Suiting, Trouser & other Menswear Fabrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, dealers, garment manufacturers, brands, buying houses and institutional buyers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric qualities.
- Handle enquiries, sampling, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Manage existing accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely payment/order closure.
- Maintain and update customer and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and fabric pricing.

? Candidate Profile




- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the Textile / Fabric / Garment / Menswear industry.
- Strong understanding of Shirting, Suiting, Trouser and other Menswear Fabrics will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage existing customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad/Gujarat textile and garment market will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of sales targets.
- Comfortable working from office and interacting with B2B customers.
