Top Living is a Colombo-based real estate company working across brokerage, construction, and property development. We're looking for a driven Sales Intern ready to learn the property business from the ground up and grow into a client-facing sales role.
This is hands-on from day one. You won't be fetching coffee, you'll be sourcing real properties, meeting real clients, and helping close real deals.
What you'll do
- Source properties (houses, lands, units) to match specific client requirements
- Travel to sites for property viewings and inspections (company motorbike provided)
- Maintain and update our listings inventory so every property we market is accurate and available
- Coordinate with agents, owners, and clients to gather property details, photos, and pricing
- Support the sales team through the enquiry-to-reservation process
What we're looking for
- Genuine interest in real estate and sales as a career
- Self-starter who's comfortable in the field, not just behind a desk
- Valid motorbike licence (or willing to obtain one)
- Solid communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Undergraduate, recent graduate, or A/Level graduate
