Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Intern to join our US IT & Non-IT recruitment sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential US clients, understanding their hiring requirements, and promoting recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential US-based clients.
- Contact clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand client hiring requirements and explain recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding client requirements.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Staffing or Recruitment.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
