JOB ROLE• Connect with prospective wedding clients and generate new leads.

- Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right Velvia Weddings experience.
- Build robust relationships with couples and families throughout the sales journey.
- Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain a premium and professional client experience.
- Work towards monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

- Confident and professional personality
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Interest in weddings, photography and creative industries
- Sales or customer relationship experience is preferred
- Ability to handle conversations with premium clients
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales mindset may also apply
