Exotic Yatra Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and looking for an energetic, target-driven and experienced Sales Executive – Tour & Travel to join us immediately.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | In office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the Tour & Travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, customer-handling and sales skills, with a proven ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer travel requirements, preparing quotations, following up with clients and achieving monthly sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle domestic and international tour & travel sales enquiries.
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages, tours and travel services.
- Prepare attractive and competitive tour quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate with customers while maintaining company profitability.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Ticketing and Reservations teams for smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally before, during and after the booking.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.
- Stay updated on destinations, packages, travel trends and competitor offerings.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Tour & Travel industry.




- Experience in Holiday Package Sales / Travel Sales / Tour Sales will be preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of Domestic & International travel destinations.
- Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email and telephone-based sales.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Candidates with an existing travel-sales background will be given preference.
