Sales Executive – Premium Furniture Showroom Location: Mohali Industry: Premium Imported Furniture Experience: 1–4 years Role Overview We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our premium furniture showroom in Mohali. The role is focused on handling showroom customers, understanding their requirements, providing product recommendations, and converting enquiries and walk-ins into sales.

Drive Sales

Targets Achieve individual monthly sales targets.

Maximize conversions through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling.

Focus on increasing average order value. 2.

Handle Customer

Interactions Welcome and assist customers professionally.

Understand their requirements, preferences and budget.

Recommend suitable sofas, recliners, beds, dining and other furniture.

Explain product features, quality, materials and pricing. 3.

Sales

Conversion & Follow-ups Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Handle negotiations and close sales effectively. 4.

Experience Provide a premium and personalized showroom experience.

Maintain robust relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

Ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to order confirmation. 5.

Knowledge Develop strong knowledge of all products, materials, features and specifications.

Stay updated on new products, offers and promotions. 6.

Showroom

Discipline Maintain cleanliness, presentation and readiness of the assigned showroom area.

Ensure products are properly displayed and pricing information is updated.

Follow company sales processes and SOPs.

Desired

Profile 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably furniture, interiors, home décor, automobiles, luxury retail or a similar industry.
