SALES PROCESS:
Promoters visit the store in the morning for the training and collect the following things:
a. Tray
b. Shoulder Wrap (as shown in image)
c. Sanitizer
d. 10 to 15 units of stock
Promoters sell the Wildcraft SuperMask on the field for 8 hours
They collect payment in cash (W95 ? Rs.150 per piece ; W95+ ? Rs. 200 per piece)
Promoters can come back to the store for replenishment if stock gets sold out
At the end of the day, promoters return the complete kit to the store
They pay the cash against sale to the store managers and return the balance stock
PAYOUT PROCESS:
Promoters can easily earn Rs.500 or more daily, payout happens on a per piece basis
There is no minimum target or upper limit for the payout
Payout will happen in cash on a every week
Any shortages in daily stock reconciliation are adjusted from the promoter’s payout
KEY POINTERS:
Under any circumstances, promoter should come back to return the kit and the cash at the store
Promoters will be given 1 free W95 mask for their personal usage every month
Promoters should deposit a KYC document (Aadhar Card DL Voter ID Card) in the morning against the stock, which will be returned in the evening
