Shift: US shift Job Overview We are looking for experienced Healthcare Recruiters who have worked on US and/or UK healthcare requirements including RNs, physicians, and allied healthcare professionals. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, compliance, and meeting hiring targets. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for US & UK healthcare roles. Source candidates for RNs, LPN/LVN, CNAs, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Surgeons, Allied Health, etc. Work on travel, permanent, and contract positions. Use job portals, databases, referrals, and networking to generate candidates. Conduct screening, credential checks, and initial interviews. Coordinate with candidates for documentation, onboarding & compliance. Maintain ATS/CRM and track submissions, interviews, and closures. Ensure daily & weekly submission targets are achieved.



Maintain solid candidate relationships and pipeline. Required Skills Experience in US or UK healthcare recruitment. Solid understanding of licenses, certifications, tax terms, compliance. Hands-on with portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent English communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. Roles You Will Hire For Registered Nurses (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry, etc.) Doctors / Physicians / Specialists Allied Healthcare (Therapists, Technicians, Pharmacists, etc.) CNA, LPN/LVN, NP, PA Eligibility Minimum 6 months – 5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience.
