Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 6 months of internship or training experience in IT sales. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder, following a structured sales process to identify, engage, and convert potential clients—primarily in the eCommerce domain. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce sector for website and store development services Generate leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Apollo, and other digital channels Initiate and manage client communication via calls, emails, and social outreach Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions (Shopify / WordPress)



Maintain and track leads using CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project discussions Follow defined sales SOPs and collaborate closely with the Founder on strategies Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects Requirements Minimum 6 months of internship/training experience in IT sales or a related field Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach Basic understanding of website development and eCommerce platforms (Shopify / WordPress) Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Interest in digital trends, online business, and website-driven growth Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is an added advantage Confidence in client presentations and handling Perks & Benefits Direct exposure to work with the Founder and gain hands-on experience Flexible and growth-oriented work environment Supportive team culture with solid learning opportunities Access to premium tools and resources Regular training sessions and skill development programs
