We are looking for a Recruitment Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building robust talent pipelines for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
Schedule interviews with department managers
Source candidates through headhunting
Maintain candidate database
Track market salaries
Coordinate campus drives with colleges (Engineering, ITI, Polytechnic)
Work with agencies and consultants for hiring and job fairs Requirements:
Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
2–3 years automobile recruitment experience
Valuable communication skills
Basic knowledge of job portals and hiring
Male candidates only
