Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tekla Modeller with expertise in Precast/Prefab Construction Projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, production drawings, erection drawings, reinforcement detailing, and coordinating with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D precast concrete models using Tekla Structures. Prepare shop drawings, production drawings, erection drawings, and GA drawings. Perform reinforcement (rebar) detailing and generate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS). Model precast elements such as walls, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and connections. Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and project teams for design updates. Conduct clash detection and resolve model coordination issues. Generate BOQs, material take-offs, and fabrication outputs from Tekla models.



Review project drawings, specifications, and identify discrepancies. Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM requirements, and quality procedures. Support manufacturing and site erection teams with technical clarifications. Required Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures. Robust experience in Precast / Prefabricated Building Projects. Valuable understanding of RCC detailing, reinforcement detailing, and precast production processes. Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices. Ability to independently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
