We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Geotechnical - Transportation to lead our geotechnical engineering division in Bengaluru, India. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee all geotechnical aspects of transportation infrastructure projects, driving technical excellence, innovation, and organizational success. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with solid leadership capabilities to manage a talented team and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Lead and manage the geotechnical engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, career development, and continuous improvement
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for geotechnical analysis, design, and testing across transportation infrastructure projects
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of geotechnical investigations, site characterization, and foundation design for highways, railways, and related transportation systems




Analyze complex geotechnical challenges and provide cutting-edge solutions that meet project requirements and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with Indian construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices across all geotechnical operations
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to optimize operational efficiency and project profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless project integration
Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and develop career paths for team members
Stay current with emerging geotechnical technologies, software tools, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Establish quality assurance protocols and conduct technical audits to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications
Represent the organization in client meetings, technical presentations, and industry forums
