Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems trained on real-world business and management scenarios.

This is a fully remote, versatile contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do
Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and real-world applicability
Evaluate reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs
Provide explicit, structured feedback that improves how AI models reason about managerial challenges
Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your schedule

Who You Are




3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and articulating tradeoffs clearly
Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing structured, critical feedback
Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage your own time and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
