Sr Manager / Manager

Job description:
Manage overall HR, personnel and administration activities for the PMC project.
Plan and coordinate manpower mobilization, deployment, onboarding and demobilization of PMC personnel.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, employee records, contracts and personnel documentation.
Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, transportation, medical facilities and other site requirements.
Monitor manpower deployment against approved project organization and budget.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations issues.
Prepare HR/MIS reports and manpower status reports for Project Management and Head Office.
Coordinate with Project Manager, Head Office and client representatives on HR/personnel matters.
Ensure proper documentation for insurance,



statutory compliance and project personnel records.

Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
