Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Indore. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing daily sales operations, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, tracking orders and deliveries, and coordinating with customers and internal departments.

The role will involve handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, assisting with sales reports, monitoring sales performance, scheduling meetings, supporting sales documentation, and ensuring smooth and timely order processing.





Qualifications & Requirements

- BBA, MBA, or Graduate in Business.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates will be considered.
- Strong interest in Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Coordination.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow up effectively.
- Ability to coordinate with sales, production, accounts, dispatch, and other internal departments.
- Candidates with previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, manufacturing, or related industries will have an advantage.
- Willingness to work full time and on-site in Indore.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
