Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, analytics, and MIS reporting, preferably in a retail setting.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Power BI/Power Query, and Advanced Excel with experience handling large datasets.
• Expertise in report automation and dashboard creation.
• Solid stakeholder management across business, technology, and data teams.

Data Management & Reporting
• Generate, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure data accuracy through proper consolidation and validation.
• Extract and manage sales and stock-on-hand (SOH) data from systems.
• Coordinate with IT and data teams for timely data updates and availability.

Report Generation
• Prepare inventory, closing stock, sell-through,



and stock cover reports.
• Track budget performance and generate periodic sales reports.
• Support EOSS planning and Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes with base data.
• Develop launch trackers and preview/review reports.
• Ensure timely MIS delivery and support processes related to OTB, PO, and GRN.

Performance Analysis
• Identify rapid- and slow-moving styles and analyze stock health.
• Evaluate sell-through rates (STR) against budgets.
• Validate reports regularly and drive continuous improvements in reporting efficiency.
