Job Description
Design and develop customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for all CRM processes and configurations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(Online).
Experience in CPQ is a plus
Recent experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions with experience in experience with Sales and Marketing. Field Service is a plus




Development experience with Dynamics CRM (OData, Plugins, Workflows, API integration using SDK).
Experience in using the Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops).
Integration experience with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP.
Experience working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Support and Issue Resolution.
Solving performance problems, tuning & optimization.
Ensuring High availability and Disaster recovery.
CRM administration, best practices, and health checks
