Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver lectures in areas such as Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Strategy, HR, and Operations
Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments
Use cutting-edge teaching methods (case studies, simulations, experiential learning)
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Research & Publications
Conduct high-quality research in management or related domains
Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals
Present papers at conferences, seminars, and workshops
Student Mentorship & Engagement
Guide and mentor students in academic and career development
Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations
Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
Academic Administration




Participate in curriculum development and review
Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance processes
Assist in departmental and institutional committees
Industry Interaction & Collaboration
Build industry connections for guest lectures, internships, and placements
Engage in consultancy and industry-driven projects

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in General Management or related field with First Class
Ph.D. in Management Ph.D. (preferred)
NET/SET qualification

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
