About the Company

Enerkraft Venture Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing Solar EPC company committed to delivering sustainable and cost-effective renewable energy solutions across India. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven sales professional to expand our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar EPC business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Identify and connect with industrial and commercial clients across Delhi NCR.
Understand customer requirements and present customized Solar EPC solutions.
Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, and negotiate commercial terms.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful project orders.
Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and activity records.
Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams for smooth project handover.

Required Qualifications




Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma / MBA (Preferred)
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Industrial Sales.
Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or Industrial Products will be preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
