Pharma Spares is actively looking for a Telesales Executive for the Vasai office. This is a full time opportunity for someone to gain experience in a manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities:-

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service through phone calls & Emails.
Escalation matters-Complaints & Resolutions Internal & External.
Handling teams matter & Single Point of contact for Area managers/Internal.
Monitoring Sales Reports & taking feedback from AM/Customers.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner with proper documentation work (PO, Quotes, Invoice).
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales target.
Keep records of calls and sales and note helpful information.

Vasai (Local candidates preferred)
Education: B.A/BMS/B.COM/HSC (English Stream).
Experience: 2 to 4 years.

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English & Computers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
