Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Work From Office)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Assist in onboarding recent hires and maintaining HR documentation.




Support HR operations and other day-to-day activities as required.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT/AI/ML domain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with various hiring platforms and ATS tools.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
