Site Supervision: Inspect assigned client locations regularly to monitor housekeeping, security, and maintenance quality.
Manpower Management: Handle staff sourcing, onboarding, daily attendance tracking, uniform delivery, and performance monitoring.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, issue resolution, and service adjustments.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure on-ground teams follow safety protocols, statutory norms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reporting: Maintain daily field visit logs, operations updates, and invoice or payment follow-up records.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
