We are looking for a proactive and organized Academy Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing student records, supporting trainers, and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the academy.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily academy operations.
Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and assessments.
Maintain student records, attendance, and certification documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for students, trainers, and prospective candidates.
Handle inquiries regarding courses, admissions, and academy services.
Support trainers with training logistics and classroom requirements.
Track batch progress and ensure timely completion of training programs.
Prepare reports and maintain academy-related databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, placements, and marketing activities.
Ensure a positive learning experience for all students.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, training operations, educational institutions, salon industry.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the beauty, wellness, salon, or training industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge of student management and training coordination processes.
Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
